In order to recognize that BIPOC and trans folks face additional barriers to outdoor recreation/cycling spaces, we will be prioritizing registration for BIPOC & trans folks for this event. We trust you as the registrants to select the ticket type that accurately reflects your identities.

*PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are first come, first served. Once all spots are sold out, the official registration page will be updated with a link to our event waitlist. If someone buys a ticket and is unable to come, waitlisted individuals will be the first to be offered a ticket before it is available to the general public.

Paying the RAR NAR ticket price helps us cover non-negotiable costs like venue rental, event insurance, workshop/speaker stipends, food, etc. The following is included with your ticket:

• 3 nights of tent/ hammock camping

• Communal meals: lunch and dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday & Sunday; breakfast on Monday

• Optional daily yoga sessions and group rides

• Interactive workshops focused on bike liberation and increasing your bike/leadership skills, led by trans, women and non-binary individuals within the cycling community

• Keynote speech

• Raffled off free gear

• 100+ new friendships and countless opportunities for fun!

We are still working out the price for tickets for RAR NAR 2026. In the past, tickets have cost between $125-200 and they will likely be in the same range this year.

We highly subsidize the cost of RAR NAR by applying for many grants, leading fundraising events, receiving donations from businesses and community members, and putting on the event exclusively with volunteer labor. If we didn't do all this, RAR NAR would cost $500+ per person to attend, and that's not a price point we want to put out in to the world. Bike liberation should be financially approachable!! 

That being said, we understand that even $150ish is a lot to ask for, especially in addition to travel costs. For this reason, we are offering sliding scale tickets in 2026 for the first time! More information will become available soon about this, but we are excited to offer a variety of price points to meet our budget requirements while also inviting a wide range of people to join our community. 

Work trade opportunity! We offer 50% off ticket costs to anyone leading a workshop or volunteering throughout the weekend. If you would like to apply for either of these opportunities, please see the links below:

• Lead a workshop! Any topic, anything you love talking about! In the past, successful workshops have included Gear Repair, Singletrack Riding Skills, Witchcraft & Amulet Making, Bike Fitting, Foraging, etc... We mean it when we say it could be anything!! 

• Volunteer! Can't think of a workshop you would want to lead but still want to contribute? Expect 1-2 shifts/day throughout the retreat, including parking management, leading a group ride, helping in the kitchen etc... It's a lot of work to put on an event of this scale and our vounteers make it possible!

Refund Policy: If your plans change after purchasing a ticket, you will be able to get a 100% refund up to 6 weeks before the event. 50% refunds will be offered until 1 month before the event. This gives waitlisted individuals enough time to plan for attending the retreat.

In addition to refunds, you also have the ability to resell your ticket through the Humanitix platform. This is a great option if you have a friend who would like to attend in your place!

Waitlists will automatically appear for different ticket types once they are sold out. If you would like to join the waitlist, please add your information and we will notify you if a refunded ticket has been issued and we can offer you a spot.
